Five day Renegade rider report from Fort Schellbourne XP

Hi Kirt and Gina - I have been a little slow getting this to you since returning from the June XP. This photo is by Steve Bradley and was taken on day 5 of the ride. I rode Chief all 5 days and 250 miles. We finished 3rd overall out of 17 horses that did all 5 days.

I started out using the strap-on Renegades on Chief but after two days he started to get scratches (as did a lot of shod horses) so rather than risk aggravating things I went ahead and glued the Renegade glu-on boots on him. I think it took us only about ten or fifteen minutes tops for the whole process so I’m getting better at it! And, the boots stayed on!!

I really like the glue-ons for multidays on the same horse but from now on when I’m not doing multiple days on the same horse I will stick with using the Renegade strap-ons. Both are great products, thank you!
