Dieses Hufschuhdesign wurde mittels Finite-Elemente-Analyse verschlankt, was zu einem Hufschuh mit robusterem Profil führte, der etwa 15 % weniger wiegt als der Classic und sowohl an der Hufschuhschale als auch am Fersenhalter mehr seitlichen Freiraum bietet. With these boots My tender footed red TB mare climbs up and down rocks without wincing every step- I like to keep my horses barefoot, so hoof protection is a must…..we go through rocky passes, train tracks and tunnels and these boots keep her comfortable in all scenarios. I am still on the fence about the boots. They are very tight right where my finger is in the picture. When I take them off the hair on the pastern is ruffled/rubbed. So far I have not been taking them on longer rides. The sizing was done by you but I wonder if they are a little small.

So far Ive done about ten miles in the front boots to include deep mud, rocks, and a short gallop. They have stayed on without spinning and have not caused any rubs. I’m very impressed. Only downside so far is that the boots stay wet and will collect a bit of small debris after doing through mud.

The boots fits very well and stays on. The horse do not get any abrasion wounds. I use them on very stoney grounds and for long distances.(40km, 25 miles). I use them for jumping on grass and then they are with studs.

The boots have been really great for my horse’s sole sensitivity. My only complaint are the scratches they’re making on the hooves, since the part that fixes at the hoof is kinda sharp.

They are the correct size, but when freshly trimmed, I need shims, which I have, but the shims ‘sucked out’ in mud. So I’m still working on that problem.

I’ve tried several of the more commonly used brands of hoof boots, and Renegades are by far the best. The breakover is just right, they’re easy to fit, and they hold up very well. I have a horse who wears them for 12 hours/day during turnout, and the boots are still in excellent shape.

Braucht mein Pferd Vipers oder klassische Hufschuhe?

Wenn Sie beispielsweise 4 Stiefel kaufen, aber nur bei zweien die Fersenhalter austauschen oder nur an den vorderen Stiefeln Stollen anbringen möchten, geben Sie bitte ausreichend Details an, damit wir die Anpassungen an den richtigen Stiefeln vornehmen können!
Was ist, wenn ich mehr als einen Stiefel kaufen möchte?
Passen Sie einfach die Menge für jede gewünschte Größe/Modell des Stiefels an. Bitte teilen Sie uns im Anmerkungsfeld beim Bezahlvorgang mit, auf welchen Huf die Stiefel passen, damit wir den Klettverschluss für jeden Huf richtig anbringen können.
Beim Kauf eines Paars oder 4er-Sets gehen wir davon aus, dass diese für links und rechts gedacht sind und bringen den Klettverschluss als Paar bzw. Set an.
Wie lange halten Renegade-Hufschuhe?
Die Laufleistung hängt vom Gelände, der Geschwindigkeit und der Art und Weise ab, wie sich das Pferd bewegt. Im Durchschnitt kann man mit dem Classic-Modell 500-600 Meilen und mit den Vipers 600-800 Meilen rechnen.
Auf rauem Gelände oder bei Pferden, die mit den Zehen nachschleifen, halten die Hufschuhe wahrscheinlich weniger Kilometer.
