Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and our experienced team is highly successful in troubleshooting and resolving fit and performance issues.
HOWEVER:
Please do not return ANY boots until you have an authorization number for your request. First, please fill in the relevant form below to initiate an Exchange Request, a Warranty Claim, or to get a Repair Quote. You can also contact our team for general help and troubleshooting.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are having any issues with your boots, contact us first. Renegade personnel will work with you to address any performance issues. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we can advise if the boots are eligible for return and partial refund.
- We offer a 90-day performance and satisfaction guarantee.
- Modifications (cutbacks, gel pads, traction studs) void all returns and exchanges.
- Please fill in this Hoof Boot Size Exchange form before exchanging/returning boots. Exchanges must submit photos of the boots on the horse for assessment and exchange approval. Returns require authorization.
- Hoof boots are designed for naturally trimmed hooves.
- Unmodified boots can be exchanged within 90 days.
- Lightly used boots can be exchanged for equal or better condition.
- Dirty boots will incur a $5/boot cleaning fee.
- Returns are only accepted from direct retail customers.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
Size Exchange Fees - Size exchange fees waived on orders if Renegade sizing service was used ahead of time; otherwise, exchange fees of $10/boot (new/unused) or $20/boot (used) will be incurred. Customer is responsible for shipping fees in ALL cases.
Requesting a Refund
- All returns/refunds will have a 5% processing fee deducted.
- Additional Restocking fees also apply:
- New, unused boots: 5% fee.
- Used boots: 10-15% fee depending on wear and troubleshooting (see above).
- Boots returned without an authorization number will not be accepted
- Shipping is not refunded; customers pay return shipping.
- Troubleshooting is required for maximum refund.
- Once you have been given an authorization number, and returned the boots to us for inspection and refund approval is completed, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to fulfillment. However, cancellations are subject to a 10% transaction fee. Once the order has been marked as fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
Warranty Claims
- We offer a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Modifications and tread wear are not covered.
- Damage from improper use or fit is not covered.
- Use over shoes or for pasture turnout voids warranty coverage.

You can complete this Repair Request form to get a quote for the repairs you would like done to your hoof boots.
Other Information
- Please inspect your orders upon receipt.
- No returns on sale items or gift cards.
- EU customers have a 14-day return period.
