Yes - WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs. We offer shipping services through USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
In-stock orders typically ship the following business day. Items with special requests or modifications may take an additional 1-2 business days.
During our busy seasons, orders may take up to 5 days to ship, and and additional 7-10 days for custom modifications.
Shipping times/services are not guaranteed but we always do our best! Orders placed with UPS Ground or Priority Mail shipping will process in normal production times. For expedited processing, orders must ship via UPS Overnight or 2nd Day.
Expedited orders must be received by 12:00 noon PST in order to ship the same day.
Once an order is placed, we are not able to combine orders, remove items, or add items to an existing order. Cancelled orders will incur a 5% processing charge.
Correct shipping addresses are the responsibility of the customer. We will make every attempt to contact the customer if there is a question about the address, but we are not responsible for incomplete or incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
Customs and Tariffs:
Orders delivered outside the United States are often subject to an import tax, import fee or trade tariff in addition to the shipping rates we charge. This fee is not paid to us, but goes directly to the shipping carrier or the Customs Agency of your home country. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the import requirements of their own country.
Canadians will most likely be aware that from 4 Feb 2025 an import tariff of 25% has been imposed - you can check affected goods here.
