• Verify your exchange is valid. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, so make sure you speak to our support team and complete any troubleshooting first. 
• Clean and return your boots. A $5 cleaning fee applies to dirty boots.
• Include a copy of your exchange form. Or write down your name, email,order # and include in the box.
• You're responsible for return shipping.
• Send new sizing photos for confirmation if you need help with sizing.
• Exchanges are for similar or better condition boots.
• Excessively worn boots may incur a fee.
• Exchanges should be initiated within 90 days. Please contact us for exceptions.
• Lander Industries, Inc. reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund.
