The SHELL PORTION ONLY for the Renegade® Viper Shield™ strap model hoof boot. Does not include any parts, straps, cables etc. If the rest of the boot parts are good, but the boot shell is worn out, purchasing a new shell and transferring the existing parts can be a more economical option.
Replacement shells are subject to available inventory, and may not always be available for immediate shipment. No further modifications (traction studs, gel pads) are available on the replacement shells.

I originally bought the 145x145 Vipers but my horses feet improved so much being barefoot that I had to size up. I was thrilled that I could just buy the shell and reuse the rest of the hardware. We all know how expensive these animals are :D Changing out the shells was very easy thanks to a great instruction video. I am 100% sure that the rehab from shoes would have been a lot harder and longer without my Renegades.

The toe of the hoof shell is what I wear out. It is nice to be able to buy just that part of the boot.
